Do you maintain sites you did not build?

Yes, after an initial audit. If the site is in poor condition we tell you what stabilising it involves before starting a plan.

What counts as a small change?

Content edits, new pages from existing templates, image swaps, minor styling and configuration changes. Larger work is quoted separately.

How quickly do you respond to an outage?

Response times are agreed in the plan up front, so expectations are explicit on both sides rather than assumed.
